 We are a busy little cafe in Teneriffe looking for an experienced Barista to join the team.

🫕 20-25 hours per week

🫕 Friendly team environment 

🫕 Duty staff meals included

🫕 Friendly customers, many of them regulars

What we need from you:

🫕 Honest and reliable, you will get the same in return 

🫕 Experience in fast paced environment, able to manage the machine solo when required.

🫕 Ability to monitor quality and adjust grind in line with our standards

🫕 Flexability and willingness to assist with all tasks within the business, work as a team

🫕 Able to free pour latte art and produce nicely textured milk consistently and when working under pressure 

🫕 Fluent and friendly communication with colleagues and customers.  You need to be able to build rapport with you customers

🫕 We are looking for someone to join us on a long term basis, opportunity will arise to pick up additional hours.  We want someone who wants to grow within the business and contribute to our growth and success.
