Location: South East Queensland (Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Logan, Toowoomba)�Job Type: Casual�Shifts: Flexible Hours – Various Shifts Available

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for compassionate and dedicated support workers to join us.

Responsibilities:

* Provide personal care, community access, and in-home support to clients with a range of disabilities.

* Assist clients in achieving their personal goals, fostering independence, and enhancing their quality of life.

* Engage clients in meaningful activities, both at home and in the community.

* Ensure the safety and well-being of clients, maintaining a supportive and respectful environment.

* Work closely with the Parcare team to deliver high-standard, person-centered care.

Qualifications:

* Experience in disability support or a related field is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.

* Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

* Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.

* Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

* Valid Blue Card and Yellow Card (or willingness to obtain).
