- Take a few minutes to focus on your breath and let go of stress
- Get outside and take a few deep breaths in nature
Enjoy Australia's beautiful landscape:
- Take a hike or go for a walk in a nearby park or nature reserve
- Have a picnic or BBQ in a scenic spot
- Go for a surf or swim at a beautiful beach
- Take a road trip to explore a new part of Australia
Go for a beer with a mate:
- Catch up with a friend at a local pub or brewery
- Share stories and laughter over a drink
- Use the opportunity to ask your mate how they're really doing
