Bavarian Sizzle in Coorparoo is growing and has opportunities for a full- time position (breakfast/lunch) as well as a 20-25h position (dinner) for a la carte experienced chefs who are capable of working alone as well as part of a team. Training will be provided, menus are short order and not difficult, but precision and consistency is key which applies to mise en place as well. Experience in German cuisine is a plus but not a must, however must have worked in a busy a la carte/ pub kitchen before and must be fluent in English for easy communication.
Wednesdays-Sundays.
For FOH we are having an opportunity for a 4-5 days (Wednesday-Sunday, 5-9pm) permanent position. The right candidate must have good experience in customer service and serving simple drinks (beers, wines etc). Basic barista skills are needed for the few coffees ordered at night (training can be provided). We are looking for a friendly and attentive personality with an excellent level of English.
